Shawn, I appreciate you writing and sharing your heart. That is not always an easy thing to do. I agree with you in prayer that God will put someone in your life who can disciple you and help you to grow into the purposes and plans that God has for your life. In your studies, I would suggest that you begin to study the person of the Holy Spirit. We should know the person that speaks to us...and since the Holy Spirit is the One we should know Him better than our own name. Forgive those who hurt you for there are few, including prophets, who understand the personality of the prophet and are oftentimes offended when they do not understand why.

The typical reaction is to withdraw into a "cave." Avoid this if you can. I believe that God will bring the right people in your life for you to walk with and learn. You should ask the Lord to direct you to a good church if you do not currently belong to one. Notice I said "good church" not "perfect church." When God directs you, know that there will be challenges...they are there to shape and mold you; not to harm you.

Stay in touch...Apostle Joanne

9-4-10

I am a seer with prophetic gifts and I desire to learn more about developing my gifts so I don't do things prematurely but according to receive guidance and direction from the holy spirit.

I Understand a lot of the insights that you shared as considerable information on your blog site pertaining to the office of the prophet as well as prophetic confusion that prophets deal with from time to which could bring discord to the body of christ.

I stumble across this blog site seeking and searching for more revelation of prophetic functions

Please pray for me to have a good spiritual covering and please pray that my broken heart be healed from sorrow by receiving the joy of the Lord. Please pray that every spirit that does not encourage growth are development be removed by the authority of the righteousness spirit of the Lord on my behalf.

AMEN
thank you

Bravo, magnificent idea
You are not right. I am assured. I can prove it. Write to me in PM, we will talk.
Radically the incorrect information
In my opinion you commit an error.
You obviously were mistaken

Well, Chuck, you definitely brought it into perspective. I agree with you...when we do not honor our word that is called "telling a lie." I still believe there is hope for the church to turn back to the integrity of the word. See you soon...Joanne

Joanne:
A great article addressing a REAL problem. My boyhood culture was "a man is known by his word." When I built my first church it was on a cash basis, but dedication day was set and the building had some touches needed, but no immediate money. I went to the Windham National Bank in my home home of 4,000 and the manager loaned me $5000.00. When I went to get the money and sign the papers he said, "There no papers. Give me your personal word." I knew if I failed and the word got out I would be ruined. If a man can't pay his bills or keep his word can he be trusted in any other area?
It's the same with volunteers. Unfortunately todays postmodern culture stands on "meism" and personal "happiness." Otherwise "meism" can't help.
Joanne? Is it sin? I personally think so. Being functionally filled with the Spirit of Christ WILL change everything.
Be blessed. Chuck

Thank you apostle! I miss you all very much. I have to press on to what God has ahead though. You and Dad T and those at COTR will always be in my heart. Maybe He will even let me come visit one day soon!

Jeanie, you are one of those that ranked in the "less than ten" category. If it is any comfort to you, we have never been able to replace you and we realize that it will take at least four people to do all that you did. If God had asked me about it you would still be here (lol). Your work and your commitment as well as your integrity placed you at the head of the class. Few would have done what you did, working for no pay check, trusting God continually along the way. I am proud of you and have always been and very much appreciate what you added to my life, ministry and our church.

Thanks Dad. This is one subject I did not want anyone to have to guess at. It is too important. Thank you for the example you have always set in this area of commitment.
