About Success In Ministry

The single most eye-opening discovery I have made after being in ministry 40 years is that many people enter ministry without a realistic idea of what awaits them.

Success in Ministry began in 1987 as an organization designed to be a link to resources, training, mentoring and fellowship, enabling the minister to complete their assignment from God successfully, according to God’s perspective.

Our desire is for you to have a positive ministry experience balanced with the challenges we inevitably face in ministry.

Along with an opportunity to meet other ministers and build important relationships, Success In Ministry provides practical workshops on subjects that you will need in your ministry.

Success In Ministry is currently based in Ball, Louisiana and works in partnership with Church on The Rock for training and workshops. Apostle Melvin L. Tisdale, pastor of Church on The Rock, offers spiritual oversight to Apostle Bush and Success in Ministry.
